The list below is a brief compilation of local resources. Many places offer free trials and drop in classes, so be sure to keep looking until you find a good match. Don’t forget to check with your local community education department, too.

MindRoadsMindfulness in the Twelve Steps Weekly Practice Group This ongoing program is for those seeking spiritual development by practicing the principles of the Twelve Steps and the Buddha’s teachings in everyday life. This program supplements recovery and is designed to reveal to us that consistent mindfulness practice is vital to spiritual progress.
