When asked how they handled stress, some stated that they asked themselves, “Can I do something about it or can’t I?” They told her they changed the way they processed negative information. Berman says that following their examples, she is now living the life she wants and that she no longer fells “overwhelmed, tired, and deeply unhappy.”
