People Incorporated Mental Health Services is pleased to announce its 2026 Artability Workshop Series, offering free, accessible creative workshops for adults throughout the year as a tool for self-expression, connection, and personal growth.
Artability provides a welcoming, inclusive space where participants can explore creativity regardless of artistic experience or ability. Artability is open to anyone who finds joy or healing through art, and feels creative expression benefits their mental health. No diagnosis or doctorโs note is needed.
The program offers a wide range of experiences, including visual arts, painting and drawing, collage and mixed media, fiber arts, printmaking, and creative writing (offered via Zoom). Additional workshops will be added throughout the year.
Workshops include shared art materials, guidance from professional teaching artists, and opportunities to create alongside others in a supportive community setting. They are free and open to adults ages 18 and older and take place at locations throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding communities.
